This three day tour provides the new bicycle tourist or those with limited free time, an opportunity to sample one of the best areas in the country for cycling. The cycling opportunities are boundless and allow us to customize the experience based on the groups specific desires. The lodge we have chosen to host this tour is a beautifully constructed log cabin set among marvelous hardwoods. As on all of our bicycle tours the dining will be fabulous and there will be plenty of opportunities to explore the area.
Our love and passion for western North Carolina will be the central underlying theme as we share this wonderful experience with you.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Tour Arrival
After settling in to your room at the beautiful Bent Creek Lodge you can opt for a short hike around the property or simply relax on the expansive deck overlooking the gardens. We will gather for an informal meet and greet with your fellow guest and host in the early evening. Tonight's meal will be a wonderful gourmet experience prepared especially for us by our gracious host.

Day 2 - Introduction into the Phenomenal Cycling in Western NC
After a bountiful gourmet breakfast we will cycle one of the many options available to us. There will be options to accommodate any cyclists desires. Optional tourist opportunities include hiking at Chimney Rock park or a tour of the world famous Biltmore Estates. Tonight we dine at one of the finest restaurants Asheville has to offer.

Mileage: options ranging from 30 to 60+ miles
Day 3 - Another Day of Wonderful Cycling
After a another gourmet breakfast prepared by our host we journey out for a final ride around this beautiful region. After our ride we will shuttle back to our host inn where we will enjoy a catered lunch while we say our goodbyes. On your journey home I am sure you will reflect fondly on the shared experience with new found friends and appreciate the enthusiasm and we have for this wonderful area.
